A love story: Marie-Claude & Robert
La Ferme MarieBob is the fusion of the first names Marie-Claude and Robert , the founders of the farm. Their close bond, their shared vision and their passion for animals gave birth to this beautiful human adventure.

Our felted products and handcrafted soaps are entirely made on the farm . Felted wool dryer balls : eco-friendly, durable, and economical. Felted soaps : gentle on the skin, unique, and 100% natural.
Each item is the result of careful craftsmanship, or comes from Quebec, Canadian or Peruvian suppliers with extensive experience in working with alpaca fiber.

Lawn mowing at your home
Meticulous manual sorting right from the mowing stage
Each year, after shearing, we perform the initial cleaning of the fiber ourselves, manually removing as much vegetation and debris as possible. This sorting process is essential to preserve the quality of the wool and prepare the fibers for processing.
Spinning in a spinning mill and complete processing of the wool
Once cleaned, the fiber is sent to a specialized Quebec spinning mill where it is transformed into high-quality spun wool . We then resell this wool, ready to be knitted or transformed by passionate artisans. But the cycle doesn't end there: we also use grade 3 fiber , less fine but perfectly suited for felting , to create our own handcrafted items .
Our alpaca fiber products
The majority of our textile items (such as socks, toques, mittens and scarves) are manufactured by specialized suppliers in Quebec or Peru, using mechanical processes that ensure consistent quality.
